At Momolly, we are proud to deliver our premium bags and luggage to all governorates across Egypt — from Cairo and Alexandria to Aswan, Sinai, and everywhere in between.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Alexandria & Delta: 2–3 business days
- Upper Egypt (Luxor, Aswan, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Sinai & Remote Areas: 4–6 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
