At Momolly, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 15-day window
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at momollyeg@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
